1-Pole Arc Fault Breaker
Works like a traditional circuit breaker except
they contain small filters and logic devices that
allow them to sense an arc. If arcing conditions
are present, the breaker trips instantaneously.
Beginning January 1, 2002 they will be required
to protect branch circuits that serve residential
bedrooms. These areas of the house have been
identified as the source of many electrical arc
related fires.

versions of QO2, QO2-4 and QO3-5
